Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

National delivery
Free delivery for purchases with an order value of R450 or more. For purchases less than R450 a custom rate will be applied based on your location.

Delivery area, delivery conditions and reservation of self-delivery

  • The delivery takes place exclusively within South Africa.
  • The delivery time within South Africa is between 1 to 7 working days, depending on your area- unless otherwise stated in the offer.
  • In the event that some of the ordered products are out of stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.
  • Should the delivery of the goods fail despite three attempts to deliver, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be reimbursed to the customer without delay.
  • If the ordered product is not available because our supplier has not supplied us with this product through no fault of our own, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the customer will be informed by us immediately and, where appropriate, will be offered the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or the customer does not wish to receive a comparable product, we will reimburse the customer any payments already made.
